Refund Policy

We strive to provide a high-quality learning experience for all our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with the course you purchased on our Udemy platform, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • You can request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The refund request must be made directly through Udemy, following their official policies.

  • Refunds are not available for courses that have been significantly consumed or fully downloaded.

  • Refunds will not be granted in cases of policy abuse or violation of the terms of use.

Replacement Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, exchanging one course for another is not possible. However, you may request a refund as per the above refund policy and use the refunded amount to purchase another course of your choice.

Cancellation Policy

Once you purchase a course, you will have lifetime access according to Udemy’s policy.

Subscription cancellations are not possible after the refund period has expired.
